COVID-19 UPDATES

We recently sent out an email sharing some changes we were making to safeguard the health and well-being of our customers, our team, and our community. Following evolving direction from national and international health organizations, we wanted to provide you with an update to our services based on the additional steps we are taking to ensure everyone’s safety while still providing service to our community.

Pickup & Delivery  

We are adjusting our schedules and will only be offering pickup & delivery service during the day, Monday - Friday. In order to give you more flexibility, we are extending our normal 7:00 am-10:00 am schedule to 7:00 am-12:00 pm with two windows to choose from: 7:00 am-9:30 am and 9:30 am-12:00 pm.

As a reminder, if you would like us to pick up and drop off your orders at your front desk or at your front door, simply leave us a note in the address instructions within the app. You’ll receive pickup and drop off confirmation texts, as well as photo confirmation of your delivered items from your driver.

 

Services

  •  Wash & Fold and Wash & Hang Dry services remain available for standard 24 hour turnaround.

  • Dry Cleaning and Launder & Press services are available, but we ask for your understanding as turnaround is taking a little bit longer than the standard 48 hours. 

  • Rush Services are temporarily suspended while we run on our modified schedule.

At Laundrify we are committed to the health and well-being of our entire community. That means that your safety and that of our team is our top priority. We know you’ve been hearing a lot about COVID-19, and we wanted let you know that we are closely monitoring guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other government agencies. We understand the importance of our role in the fight to stop this from continuing to spread, and are heightening our routine cleaning and sanitation standards, as well as providing additional options to safeguard the health of our customers, our team, and our community.

Cleaning & Delivering Your Clothes

  • All work surfaces are routinely wiped down and disinfected before using them, and between customers.

  • Our team wears gloves to handle all items before cleaning, and gloves are changed between customers.

  • Every order has dedicated washers, dryers, and folding stations; each customer’s clothes are never washed or dried with anyone else’s.

  • All reusable Laundrify bags are washed and dried with each order.

  • Our drivers are supplied with gloves and hand sanitizer to use between stops.

  • Additionally, we are asking any team members that don’t feel well to remain at home.

 

Providing Additional Options

  • We’ve added a wash temperature preference in the app so you can select a water temperature for your laundry. CDC guidance is to launder items using the warmest appropriate water settings.
