CAN I RESCHEDULE A PICKUP OR DELIVERY?

Of course! You can always reschedule or cancel your pickup or delivery free of charge up to 30 minutes before your requested window start time. If you do reschedule or cancel after this time, unfortunately we’ll have to charge a last-minute reschedule fee of $9.95 to cover our costs.
